Covid-19 Update

As the coronavirus pandemic unfolds in the UK, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what’s happening at the Foodbank.

We want to assure both our volunteers and clients that we are putting a number of measures in place to ensure we can continue to serve those in need safely.

Measures in place…

After Fridays session we will be operating on a delivery service ONLY, no sessions will run from Toll Gavel Church or The Hub. We are working with agencies to ensure we can reach those who need our help.Pre-packing bags to limit person to person contact.Recommending volunteers who fall into vulnerable categories to practice social distancing or self isolate.

We would kindly ask that users of the Foodbank respect the welfare of our volunteers, by also observing government guidance for hygiene measures and limiting social contact.

We will be continually reviewing the situation keep you informed of any changes to our services.
